Aforgio (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a technology company based in Saint Ignatius, Montana. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, run a free Leak Audit, or engage us to build a system, and how we use it.

When you run a free Leak Audit we collect the business name you enter and any contact details you provide. When you engage us we collect the information needed to scope, build, and operate your system — call records, calendar and contact data, and integration credentials you connect on our behalf.

To produce your Leak Audit and Lead Leak Memo, to build and operate the systems you hire us to build, and to follow up about your project. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train public models.

If you check an SMS consent box on our booking or application forms, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time, and which box you checked) so we can text you appointment reminders, updates, and, if you separately opted in, occasional offers. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We use our messaging provider only to deliver texts.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages and forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to people who need it, and reputable hosting and CRM providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

You can request a copy of or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@aforgio.com.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
